Returns & Refunds

Most full price items are eligible for returns within 5 days from when you receive your order. All returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in their original packaging, and with their original tags attached. All returned items must be inspected at our facility before a refund is issued. Please allow 7 days from when we receive the returned items for a refund to be processed. Once processed, all refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Depending on your payment method, it may take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days for your refund to appear in your bank account. Please contact your credit card company for further details.

The original cost of shipping, and the cost of return shipping cannot be refunded.

Items NOT eligible for returns regardless of condition include underwear, socks, beanies, hats, masks, bandanas, and ALL sale/discounted items.

Due to the limited nature of our items, we do not offer exchanges.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to us at support@sweethurts.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
